White Chocolate

Introduced in the 1930s by the Nestlé Company, white chocolate is a blend of cocoa butter (a minimum of 20%, but at least 32% to be considered of good quality), milk, sugar, vanilla and soy lecithin. White chocolate contains no cocoa solids (chocolate liquor), and as such, is not seen a 'true' chocolate.
