Hot Chocolate

First served by the Swiss, hot chocolate is quite different from hot cocoa. Hot chocolate is made by pouring hot milk over shaved chocolate, whilst hot cocoa is made with defatted cocoa powder. Because chocolate contains cocoa butter, hot chocolate provides a much richer beverage.
