Chocolatier
(1) A confectionery maker who specialises in the creation of fine chocolate confections using artisanal techniques.
(2) The shop of the person described in (1).
(3) A title given to individuals who hold various positions in chocolate production facilities; for example, those who evaluate beans or supervise roasting, conching, and blending. The chocolatier adjusts the blends, roasting times and other factors to make sure that the final formula conforms with the house style.
