French for 'good, good,' a bon-bon is a hard shell of chocolate filled with a variety of centres. Popular centres include creams (buttercream and whipped cream in a variety of flavours, liqueur creams), candied fruit, caramels, ganaches, fondants, gianduja, nougat, marzipan and pralines.
